  • A Guided Journey

    Focuses on reducing perinatal health disparities. A healthy pregnancy is one of the best ways to promote healthy families in Mecklenburg County.

  • Care Management for High Risk Pregnancies (CMHRP)

    Provides care management services for high risk pregnant women. 

    This service is available at: Northwest Public Health Department
  • Clinical Services

    Offers reproductive life planning; screening for sexually transmitted infections and breast and cervical cancers; immunizations; refugee health; tuberculosis control; and pediatric dental care.

  • ICO4MCH

    Improving birth outcomes, reducing infant mortality and improving health among children aged zero to 5.

  • Medicaid

    Programs providing support and subsidies for financial, food and nutrition and medical support.
