Trauma & Justice Partnerships is comprised of 4 distinct programs with one shared mission: Health and Safety for All. Our TJP programs maximize our public health impact by leveraging partnerships to broaden our reach, provide a critical safety net for vulnerable populations, and increase our ability to serve the community when they need it, where they need it.

Provides routinely recommended vaccines for all age groups as well as specific vaccines for high-risk groups. 

Helping nurses and nutritionists provide preventive, consultative, and direct health services during the school day for students attending Charlotte- Mecklenburg Schools (CMS). 

Find County services for children and families. 

Improving birth outcomes, reducing infant mortality and improving health among children aged zero to 5.

Providing early and regular prenatal and postpartum care to protect the health of mothers and children.

Supports communities in creating opportunities for children to increase their daily physical activity by safely walking, biking, and rolling to, from, or at school!

Investigates, reports and controls the spread of reportable general category communicable diseases and outbreaks, provides consultation services to medical providers, childcare providers, schools, veterinarians, & businesses; investigates human animal bites and animal exposure to rabies, and monitors health services in adult day health facilities.
