The Community Rating System (CRS) is a voluntary incentive program that recognizes and encourages community floodplain management practices that exceed the minimum requirements of the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). Over 1,500 communities participate nationwide. 

Th Stream Restoration Toolkit was created to help residents understand the importance properly functioning streams and the natural infrastructure they provide to move stormwater.

Mecklenburg County’s ADA program is located within the Mecklenburg County Manager’s Office.
