A "Preliminary Plan Review Meeting" is a Customer requested one-hour meeting attended by the Customer, invitees of the Customer and the Plans Examiners representing each trade.

On-Schedule Review submissions provide our clients the ability to control their plan review and permitting schedule.

An optional plan review service that enables projects that are within the program's scope to accelerate the normal plan review process. 

A change to the original approved project that is relatively minor in scope such as those driven by unforeseen field conditions, value engineering, or owner changes.

Provides job-driven, skills-based training that leads to meaningful employment for food stamps recipients. 

A premium service allowing contractors to schedule building, electrical, mechanical and/or plumbing inspections for a particular block of time.

The on-line program through which architects, engineers and/or designers electronically submit their construction drawings and supporting documents for review, approval and subsequent issuance of the required construction permits.
