Nutritious meals and activities for seniors age 60 years and older. Activities include opportunities for physical activity, meaningful socialization, arts, health literacy, and educational programs.

Weekly home-delivery of meals to seniors who are assessed to be “homebound” and cannot attend a congregate nutrition site.

The focus of this program is to distribute groceries and fresh produce to eligible seniors facing food insecurity.

Helps address the needs and access to services for older adults.

Provides personal care, home management, and respite services to older adults (60+) and adults with disabilities (18+) who are unable to perform these tasks.

A family caregiver support program for any older relative raising younger children such as grandparents raising their grandchildren. 

Provides services to individuals who have been declared legally incompetent with Mecklenburg County DSS being appointed as the guardian of that individual. 

Provides social work and case management assistance for adults, seniors and disabled citizens who fall outside of protective services and public assistance services.

Provides nutrition, socialization, and wellness activities to individuals 60 years and older.

Child Protective Services is legally mandated for children alleged to be abused, neglected, and/or dependent, and who are at imminent risk of harm due to actions by the child’s parent or caretaker.
