The Morgan School remains as a focal point for the Cherry neighborhood, an early twentieth century model planned community for Black Charlotteans. 

The Mount Zion Lutheran Church building is one of the oldest structures in Cherry, the model Black community planned by Myers Park namesake John Springs Myers. 

The Myers Park Streetcar Waiting Stations are all that remain of the streetcar line that served the neighborhood and Charlotte from 1891 to 1938. 

The Art Moderne styled Myrtle Square Apartments remain as Charlotte’s oldest garden court apartment complex. 

The Nebel Knitting Mill Annex modernized the already successful Nebel Knitting Company, enabling the manufacturer to become one of the leading producers of women’s hosiery. 

The Nebel Knitting Mill, manufacturer of fine quality women’s hosiery, was once among the largest hosiery mills in the Southeast. 

The Parks-Cramer Company Complex housed the successor company of one of the earliest innovators in the fields of humidification and air conditioning. 

The highly regarded Charlotte architect once called this early Dutch Colonial Revival style structure home. 

One of the older houses in Myers Park, the Stephens House was also the home of the developer of that prestigious Charlotte neighborhood.

The Georgian Colonial styled H. M. Wade House was the home of the entrepreneurial founder of the Wade Manufacturing Company.
