We will also delve into specialized areas like caring for LGBTQ+ patients and effective communication with interpreters for non-English speaking patients.

Mecklenburg County Public Health is partnering with Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC) to host Give Kids A Smile Day on Saturday, February 8, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.(doors open at 9:00am) at the CPCC Uptown Campus. The event will offer free dental cleanings and exams and fluoride treatment to ensure optimal oral health among Mecklenburg County residents.
