​We’ve Got Your Spring Break


immunizationsWe’ve got you covered! Spring break is the perfect opportunity to get your child’s immunizations up-to-date so they’re ready to head back to school next year. 

In North Carolina, immunizations are required for kindergarteners and again for rising 7th graders. 
Mecklenburg County Public Health offers immunization clinics Monday – Friday at three locations:

  • Southeast Public Health Department, 249 Billingsley Road, Charlotte
  • Northwest Public Health Department, 2845 Beatties Ford Road, Charlotte
  • Valerie C. Woodard Campus, 3205 Freedom Drive, Charlotte

Call 704-336-6500 to make an appointment. 

Here’s what you need to bring with you:

  • Your insurance card. (Medicaid, NC Health Choice or other private insurance)
  • Your official shot record.
  • One form of identification.

Payment may be required with some insurance plans. To determine if immunizations provided by Public Health will be covered by your insurance plan contact your insurance provider in advance.
