Mecklenburg County is officially moving to a four-year Countywide revaluation cycle, with the next one slated to take effect on Jan. 1, 2023.
The decision was made during the Board of County Commissioners’ Oct. 1 meeting. Watch it here.
On Oct. 3, County Assessor Ken Joyner held a new conference to talk about the purpose of revaluation and the benefits of moving to a shorter cycle.
