Mecklenburg County will soon begin developing its budget for Fiscal Year 2020 and wants to hear from you.
Throughout the month of January, the County will offer residents multiple ways to share their budget priorities. Residents will be able to take a quick survey in person or online. Feedback will be used to help guide budget decisions for the upcoming fiscal year.
The Resident Budget Priorities Survey is available online in English and Spanish and in paper format at the following County locations. Both the online and paper versions of the survey will be available until Jan. 21.

Charlotte Mecklenburg Library locations
Land Use and Environmental Services Agency
Community Resource Center
Child Support Enforcement
Residents were also able to provide feedback during a budget public hearing at the Jan. 15 BOCC meeting. You can view the public hearing here.
Fiscal Year 2020 begins July 1, 2019 and ends June 30, 2020.
