Mecklenburg County's team of Food Navigators are here to help you and your family navigate through the free food and nutrition programs the county offers, and connect you with the appropriate resources to learn more and begin the enrollment processes. This team can help you learn more about Food & Nutrition Services (formerly known as food stamps), Women, Infants, and Children (WIC), Free & Reduced School Lunch, as well as emergency food needs to get you food quickly. If you are an organization, the Food Navigator team can provide outreach and education services for the clients you serve, assisting them in understanding these programs.
