Clinical and Contractual Services(CCS) provides technical assistance and consultation to Health & Human Services departments and Criminal Justice Services.
Purpose:
Develop actions to meet and resolve behavioral health issues identified by the Departments of the Consolidated Human Services Agency.
Scope of Work:
- Provides integrated programmatic expertise through clinical consultation regarding Behavioral Health (BH), Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), Substance Abuse (SA) services, and nursing case management for children and adults.
- Manages an array of contracts for Health and Human Services that address for individuals with BH, IDD, and SA needs
- Develops actions to meet and resolve issues related to clinical care, provider-community network and performance outcomes.
- Provides guidance and knowledge specific to behavioral and physical healthcare for consumers served by Health and Human Services departments.
