The lists below are published to notify taxpayers of delinquent real estate and personal property taxes that are subject to enforced collection action(s).
The North Carolina General Statutes (NCGS) provide taxing juridictions with several collection remedies to enforce collect delinquent taxes. These remedies include, but are not limited to: attachment and garnishment of funds due to the taxpayer, seizure and sale of personal property, seizure of state income tax refunds and lottery winnings, and foreclosure of real estate.

Top 100 Delinquent Taxpayer List: The list includes taxpayers with current year, Fiscal Year 2017-2018, delinquent taxes. Access the Top 100 Delinquent Taxpayer List here.
Annual Tax Advertisement: Pursuant to NCGS 105-369, the annual tax advertisement is required to be published annually listing all delinquent taxpayers for that year. Access the Fiscal Year 2016-2017 Tax Advertisement here.
