- Weekend rates apply Friday - Sunday.
- Extra Fees apply for non-county residents
- Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to event. The cost will be refunded minus a 10 percent administrative cost. No refunds will be given if cancellation is less than 30 days.
- In the case of inclement weather, Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation will reschedule the event for another time or facility (of equal or lesser value). Refunds will not be given in the event of inclement weather. Reschedules MUST be made within 7 business days
