The Clerk to the Board creates, maintains and archives Board
agendas and minutes of Board meetings. The Clerk also recruits candidates to serve on various
citizen boards and advisory committees.
Special Notice:Due to COVID-19, the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Government Center will be closed to the public. Members of the public can access and view the meeting on the Government Channel or online here, or follow us on Twitter. The public may go online and listen to the meeting on YouTube. Deadline to Register: Speakers requesting to address the Board of County Commissioners at the Tuesday July 7, 2020 Regular Meeting must register to speak by Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. Requirements to Speak:Speakers must provide a phone number when registering to speak and must be available to receive a phone call from the Clerk’s Office between 5:45 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 to ensure you are connected to the remote meeting to address the Board of County Commissioners. Anyone needing special accommodations to view this meeting and/or if this information is needed in an alternative format, please contact the Clerk to the Board.
