EASE – The Enhancing Wellness through Affirming Services and Education (formerly known as Community Resources for Empowerment and Wellness, or CREW) program provides holistic substance use and mental health services to clients within the LGBTQIA+ community and those with HIV/AIDS. Available services include individual counseling, group counseling and harm-reduction based services. The program also provides aftercare, care coordination, and peer support services as well referrals for HIV and Hepatitis C testing and results. Consumers receiving these services may participate in the program for up to 18 months.
Project Uplift -
Project Uplift provides young LGBTQ+ adults (age 18-35) with brief intensive case management services connecting them to resources such as: peer support services and educational needs. The case manager can also assist with on the job training, housing, medical care, and legal concerns. Project Uplift also provides counseling for mental health, substance use, and trauma. Services are provided free of charge regardless of insurance status. Project Uplift is grant funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
