CREW - The Community Resources for Empowerment and Wellness (CREW) program provides holistic substance abuse services to consumers with HIV and substance abuse issues. Available services include pre-treatment counseling and harm-reduction based individual and group substance abuse treatment. The program also provides aftercare, care coordination, and peer support services as well as HIV and Hepatitis C testing and results. Consumers receiving these services may participate in the program for up to 18 months.
Project Uplift -
Project Uplift provides young LGBTQ+ adults (age 18-35) with brief intensive case management services connecting them to resources such as: peer support services and educational needs. The case manager can also assist with on the job training, housing, medical care, and legal concerns. Project Uplift also provides counseling for mental health, substance use, and trauma. Services are provided free of charge regardless of insurance status. Project Uplift is grant funded by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
