The purpose of this page is to serve as a hub for information and updates related to unsheltered homelessness in Mecklenburg County, with a specific focus on homelessness in the North End Encampment. In addition, resources and opportunities to meaningfully support individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness are provided below.

 


Latest Updates

As of January 15, 2021, there are 84 individuals residing in the North End Encampment. According to organizations conducting street outreach, there are no children currently residing in the encampment.
