The Real Estate Division will respond to the inquiry by contacting the property owner to resolve the concern.
Q. The square footage is wrong on my house. What can I do to have this error corrected on your records?A. If an individual's time for appeal has passed before they realized the error, the person would write directly to the Board of Equalization and Review and make a request for an untimely appeal. The Board usually grants these as they are errors in fact. The tax office does not have the authority to grant untimely appeals.
