Host your upcoming event at Northern Regional. We have a variety of spaces available, and can accommodate single-room seating options for up to 200 guests. From birthday parties and baby showers, to corporate meetings and dinners – we’re ready to host your next event!

For private meetings, events or gatherings please fill out the Northern Facility Request Form and email it to PRK-NORTHMECKRECRENTALS@mecklenburgcountync.gov for approval. Please allow 2 business days for a response. More information on birthday parties can be found below.

Reservations are first come first serve and will not be confirmed prior to approval of form and full payment.


Completion of this form does not guarantee availability.

We do not accept deposits or partial payments. Full payment will be required upon booking.

We are currently not accepting pool lane reservations other than local schools.

 
 

Birthday Packages


 
 

To book a birthday party with us at Northern Regional please review, complete, and email the NRRC Facility Request Formto PRK-NORTHMECKRECRENTALS@mecklenburgcountync.gov to start the reservation process. You also have the option to reserve your party online, and an Admin staff member will reach out to you to finish all required forms and information. You may also contact our Admin staff at 980-314-6772 for any questions. Use Microsoft Word to open the form, save your entries, and email us your completed document. If you do not have Microsoft Word, please print the form to fill out and scan back to us via email.

Small Room Aquatic Party($300)

Capacity: 12 youth + all adults.
Includes a semi-private party room usage for 1 hour, and 1.5 hours of pool time. Party supplies includes as follows: Small plates, cutlery and goodie bags(which includes snack and toys) Tables and chairs are provided by the facility for the youth guests in the party. Food and decorations are provided by you.

Large Room Aquatic Party ($350)

Capacity: 20 youth + all adults.

Casual Events

Multipurpose, studio, and classroom spaces.

Available Monday-Friday during regular facility operating hours.

Rooms available to accommodate maximums of 20-100 guests.

Event Hall with multiple seating layouts, catering and serving kitchen spaces.

Available for weekend reservations and select weekday evenings in 4-hour blocks.
