Rodney's Great Kids Triathlon

Welcome to Rodney's Great Kids Triathlon (RGKT) Page! On its 22nd year, this fun, challenging, annual event has children challenging themselves in swimming, biking, and running. This event is only for children 17 and under, with a new age group this year, 4-6. The 4-6 year old swim can be assisted with a Personal Floatation Device, PFD.
Registration open through 7:30am race morning. Entry fee is $25. Watch the RGKT video
Ages and Race Distances
4-6 - 25 yard PFD assited swim, 250 yard bike, 125 yard run
7 - 8 - 100 yard swim, .7 mile bike, .7 mile run
9 - 10 - 100 yard swim, .7 mile bike, .7 mile run
11 - 12 - 200 yard swim, 1.4 mile bike, 1.4 mile run
13 - 14 - 200 yard swim, 2.8 mile bike, 1.4 mile run
15 - 17 - 300 yard swim, 2.8 mile bike, 1.4 mile run
