Free Services to Support Your Children and Family:

Nurse and Social Workers can help you with:

  • Linking you to resources for health
  • Linking you to resources for community
  • Discussing family strengths and concerns
  • Talking to your child's doctor or nurse
  • Strengthening parent-child relationships
  • Offering encouragement and support

Who is eligible? 

Children ages 0-5 who are experiencing one or more of the following:

  • At risk for or diagnosed with a long-term physical, developmental, behavioral, or emotional condition
  • In Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
  • In foster care
  • Exposed to long-term stressful situations

CMARC, or Care Management for At-Risk Children, services are provided and assured by the Local Health Departments in partnership with the NC Department of Health Benefits.
