​Holistic Opportunities Program for Everyone

The HOPE Program is a program through Public Health to integrate behavioral health screenings during appointments in the WIC, Family Planning and STI clinics.  Clients from these different clinics, pregnant and post-partum women, now have access to additional supports through the Behavioral Health Provider (BHP).  Clients experiencing difficulties such as depression or other mental health symptoms can meet with a provider to be linked with mental health counseling and other supports in the community.  Additionally, clients in need of resources can visit with the BHP to connect with community partners.  Some of these connections includes:

Medical Care

Parenting Supports

Housing Supports

Financial Assistance
