This page is designed to inform you of the 2018 health insurance open enrollment period.
The County will continue to offer our Medicare retiree insurance plan with CIGNA. Non-Medicare dependents have a choice of a
PPO or an HSA plan. There are no plan design changes (deductibles/copays) to the medical plans for 2018.

Value Prescription Drug Formulary (select Value 3 Tier from the drop-down)
Cover certain preventive prescriptions at 100%

The 2018 rate schedule is listed below and can also be downloaded and printed here.There is no need for you to enroll in coverage for 2018 unless you want to change plans or add or delete a family member. To make a change, complete and return the 2018 Open Enrollment Form by November 3, 2017.If you do choose to OptOut/Waive your coverage beginning in 2018, the County will reimburse you the monthly premiums you have paid for other coverage up to the maximum that the County would pay for your coverage under the CIGNA plan. Remember that once you leave the County sponsored plan, you cannot return to it.You will not receive a new card for 2018 unless you make a change.Remember that your election for 2018 cannot be changed during the year without a qualified Family Status Change. It is your responsibility to notify the Employee Services Center within 31 days of a Family Status Change (i.e. marriage, graduation of child, divorce, death, etc.) if a dependent needs to be dropped or added.
