Strategy 6 addresses Racial and Ethnic Disparities (RED) by implementing a workforce development and practice change continuum which will be implemented in the Magistrate’s Office and the Judiciary to monitor impacts of RED at these bonding decision points. This strategy also includes piloting Equity and Inclusion Specialists to provide additional assistance with monitoring of RED across the system and within agencies, as well as establishes a leadership collaborative to oversee all actions of this strategy.
Criminal Justice Services will periodically update this section with strategy and implementation updates, as well as performance dashboards.
