The main office is located at 3205 Freedom Drive, Suite 2000, Entrance D, Charlotte, NC 28202. In addition, a two-person satellite office is located in the Community Resource Center which is also on the campus of the Valerie C. Woodard Center at 3205 Freedom Drive, at Entrance A. Veterans in need of service should call the main office at 704-336-2102 and a Veterans Services Officer will work with you to determine the best way to address your needs.
Our veterans services officers provide full claims assistance in additional locations, and only information and referral services in another.
