County HSS Funds and City Housing Trust Funds RFP
NOTE: Submission deadline extended to March 16, 2015 because of office closings due to inclement weather.
Mecklenburg County Community Support Services and the City of Charlotte Neighborhood and Business Services are jointly accepting proposals for supportive housing developments and supportive housing programs. The effort is intended to help homeless families with children, or chronically homeless individuals and families. Funds are available for housing development or rehabilitation and/or supportive services staffing and programs intended to improve quality of life.
Information Session for interested applicants is planned for 10 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 13, 2015 at City of Charlotte Old City Hall, 600 East Trade Street in Charlotte. The meeting is in the Wilmore Conference Room 106.
