The Mecklenburg County Child Support Enforcement Office has partnered with TurboCourt to provide an easy to use and interactive online application. TurboCourt will guide you through the child support application, electronically submits your forms, and keeps you informed of your cases progress.
By clicking Apply Online, you will be redirected to the TurboCourt website to complete the application for services.
In order to process your application via TurboCourt, you will be required to upload a current and up-to-date Photo-ID, a copy of your social security card, a copy of your child(ren)s Birth Certificate, and Affidavit of Parentage if your child(ren) was born out of wedlock.
