​Revaluation

Appraisers on the Move

County property appraisal staff will always have County-issued identification cards and will always be driving a marked County vehicle. Staff will not ask to go inside your home. All interior viewing requires an advance appointment and will include two staff members.

The following neighborhood are presently being examined by County staff:

Bradfield Farms, Coulwood Area/Mt. Holly Rd., Hamilton Forest, Nations Ford Rd Area, Norland Rd Area, Oakdale Green Area, River Run area, S/W Huntersville, Sardis Woods Area and
Waterlyn Area.

Property Information & Modria Inquiries are now available year round. Assessment Appeals will be accepted as of 1-1-2018 until the Board of Equalization and Review adjournment, generally in May, or within thirty (30) days after a notice of a change in value.
